Who is this workshop for?
Australian private schools that want to build the enrolment system themselves, with our guidance, rather than hand it all over. If the enrolment number is partly yours, it's built for you.
What do we need to bring?
Yourselves, a laptop, and whatever you know about your current numbers — enrolment figures, marketing spend, where enquiries come from. Rough figures are fine.
Do we need to be running Facebook Ads already?
No. The workshop builds the foundations the ads sit on — personas, positioning, offer, nurture and measurement. Whether you've never run an ad or run them for years, you'll leave with a sharper system underneath them.
How is this different from the audit?
The audit is us diagnosing your funnel and handing back a report and roadmap. The workshop is your team building the foundations in the room, in a day. The audit tells you what to fix; the workshop gets you started fixing it.
What's your refund and transfer policy?
Seats are limited to ten, so if your plans change, let us know as early as you can. We'll work with you to transfer your seat to a later workshop or another team member. Specific terms are confirmed when you reserve.
